Insurance and Payment Options
Going to the dentist is expensive in Australia and we do everything we can at our practice to make payment easier for you. We work with you to make sure you claim everything you are entitled to and minimise your gap, or provide a higher rebate for certain health funds. There are no hidden cost and we are totally transparent with our fees so you know exactly what you will be paying for each treatment. We strive to give you the best dental experience and produce the best work at Sydney’s most competitive prices.
Hicaps
We accept all major private health insurances for dental cover. With our Hicaps machine we can claim on the spot for you, saving you a trip to your health fund to claim your rebate.
Medibank Private
We are the preferred provider for Medibank Private (Members’ Choice Provider). Most plans offer you regular dental checkups and cleans at no out of pocket expense once or twice a year. Contact Medibank Private for details depending on your plan. For other treatments, members also receive a higher rebate compared to other non preferred providers at a fixed fee schedule set by Medibank Private.
BUPA
We are the preferred provider for BUPA (Members First). Most plans offer you a No Gap Kids Dental, and give you a good indication of the out of pocket expenses you will need to pay for each treatment. Members also receive a higher rebate compared to other non preferred providers at a fixed fee schedule set by BUPA. Contact BUPA for details depending on your plan.
Veteran Affairs
If you are covered by the Department of Veteran Affairs you are entitled to any dental treatment required at no out of pocket expenses.
Child Dental Benefit Schedule
We accept and bulk bill for the Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS) issued by Medicare. This scheme started in January 2014 and will last for two calendar years. Eligible children aged between 2-17 years will receive $1,000 of dental benefit for most general dentistry. (Check with Medicare to confirm eligibility).
EFTPOS
We have the EFTPOS facility and we accept VISA, Master, Direct Debit and cash.
